BUNNY BOOKS

Mya and I love going to storytime at the library or a local toy store every week. Sometimes she gets overwhelmed by the library class sizes, so the toy store has been a good option. Whatever one we attend, we’ve discovered some classics. So, in the spirit of Easter that’s just around the corner, here are some enjoyable bunny books. #6 is a great resource for learning colors as they mix them to dye Easter eggs. I might just pick up #7 to have in our personal library since I’m not that great at explaining biblical events to a toddler… or anyone for that matter. And #2 might not be one of her faves, but I think it’s cute. Sometimes it’s not all about the kids, ya know? Oh wait…

And as long as I’m promoting local toy stores, you could spend a whole day at The Toy Store (located in Topeka and Lawrence!) They have every toy ever imagined and books galore. Drop on in. You can thank me later.

We have the story of Easter… I think it is one of the best at explaining the meaning of Easter to young children.
