It’s “Foodie Friday“, people; and this is a pretty light alfredo sauce compared to others that I’ve found online. Derek and I don’t like a ton of sauce on things, so this recipe (from my Mom) is definitely enjoyed in our home. This recipe also has an¬†ingredient that I didn’t find in any online alfredo sauces: an egg! It seems to help the sauce stick to the noodles… I guess? Not really sure, but it is tasty, so I’m not going to tamper with it!
